Responsibilities
- Commissioning and troubleshooting of electrical systems, including power distribution, lighting, and control systems
- Collaborate with engineering, operations, and maintenance teams to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements
- Develop and implement maintenance plans for electrical equipment
- Provide technical support for new projects and equipment installations
- Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for electrical failures
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and reliability
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in commissioning and maintaining electrical systems, preferably in a pharmaceutical or biotechnology environment
- Strong knowledge of electrical codes and standards (NEC, NFPA, etc.)
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, PLC programming, and other relevant software tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
