HCT is a well-established business in specialty healthcare distribution that is rapidly growing. We seek a friendly individual to join our growing team who enjoys helping others and providing excellent customer service. This will be a full-time, in-office position.
We are looking for someone with a friendly personality who enjoys helping others, can provide excellent customer service, with a strong attention to detail. You will need to have good organizational skills, and enjoys being part of a team. you will enjoy variety in your day balancing both incoming customer orders and acting as a liaison to our sales representatives. . Responsibilities
· Convert incoming client calls and emails into orders
· Responds quickly and professionally to customer questions and concerns
· Analysis of open orders and follows up as needed
· Work closely with team of sales representatives to assist customer needs
· Setting up and updating customer accounts as needed
· Support the AR team with billing problems as needed.
Knowledge Skills & Abilities
· Experience in providing stellar customer service
· Ability to troubleshoot customer concerns
· Must be able to effectively handle multiple priorities and directives coming from various sources
· Highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities
· Strong attention to detail
· Ability to work independently and adapt easily.
· IT competent, good typist and proficient with phone systems
· Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel
