The individual serving in the Work-Based Learning Support role will provide administrative and functional support to the team by:

• Preparing and maintaining required documentation for all student placements, including training agreements, data entry, and timesheets
• Maintaining employer records including liability coverage/Workers’ Compensation, and updating employer database
• Supporting compliance requirements including site visits, and other state audit requirements
• Communicating expectations of training agreements with employers and students in cooperation with Coordinators
• Providing job board maintenance
• Assisting students, instructors, employers and CTE Services team members with placement needs
