Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Salesperson at Crown Motors Holland. As a Salesperson, you will be responsible for assisting customers in the vehicle purchasing process, including providing product information, arranging test drives, negotiating prices, and ensuring a smooth sales experience. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining relationships with customers and following up on leads to drive sales.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven sales experience in the automotive industry
- Knowledge of vehicle features, specifications, and pricing
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to work well in a team and independently
- Highly motivated with a passion for customer satisfaction
- Valid driver's license
- Experience with CRM software is a plus
- Automotive sales certification or training is beneficial
