We are seeking a Branch Manager with an entrepreneurial spirit, a strong customer service background and an unwavering drive for success who can manage the day-to-day operations of our Holland, Michigan location.
In this role, you will be responsible for all aspects of branch management. Operations, administration, leadership and even cleaning the kitchen sink. The right candidate understands what it means to “get the job done” and does so with a positive attitude that inspires team members follow your lead.
Responsibilities:
• Grow and manage client relationships by delivering exceptional customer service and developing strategies to enhance customer loyalty.
• Manage the full recruitment life cycle including job postings, sourcing, screening and interviewing.
• Lead and manage a team of recruiters ensuring high performance.
• Implement and oversee strategies that result in the achievement of individual and team sales goals.
• Monitor performance metrics making data-driven decisions to improve efficiency and achieve goals.
• Oversee daily operations ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree
• 3-5 retail management, banking office or other management experience.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve goals.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to resolve issues effectively.
• Ability to communicate effectively with employees and clients.
• Previous experience in customer retention strategies.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to help you manage daily operations.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and ability to learn and adapt to new technologies.
• Ability to adapt to changing business needs and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Possess a willingness wear many hats, roll up the sleeves and do what it takes to get the job done!
