Gateway Triangle Corp is Hiring a HVAC Maintenance Technician Near Hobart, IN
HVAC Maintenance Technician duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Conduct regular inspections and ensure upkeep and maintenance of all HVAC systems
- Assist in making decisions on repairs and report major problems to the Regional Manager of Facilities and Maintenance as appropriate
- Construct, finish, install, maintain, and repair electrical and mechanical systems
- Clean, lubricate, service, repair, or diagnose malfunctions of HVAC, electrical, and mechanical building and specialty equipment items
- Record all day-to-day maintenance and service activities undertaken
- Respond to emergencies in a timely manner
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Technical diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of three (3) years of HVAC maintenance
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems
- Valid Driver’s License
- Ability to read and understand blueprints, specifications, or models
- Ability to make routine computations related to blueprints, equipment schematics or other technical applications
- Standard Maintenance or Electrician certifications are preferred
- The HVAC Maintenance Technician is a full time position and works a minimum of 40 hours per week
