Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate is seeking a Operations Assistant / Transaction Coordinator for our office in Hinsdale.

As the Operations Assistant / Transaction Coordinator, you will be the face of our company and the first point of contact for agents and clients.

Your responsibilities will include onboarding new agents, coordinating events, hosting office meetings, managing agent requests, and facilitating learning initiatives.

In addition, you will be responsible for maintaining a professional and welcoming environment in our office and ensuring that all agents feel supported and valued.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Help with agent files, track paperwork, commissions, etc.
  • Onboard new agents and facilitate a smooth transition into our brokerage.
  • Coordinate and host office meetings and events, including team-building activities and training sessions.
  • Manage agent requests, including answering phone calls and emails, and responding to inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Help team to maintain a professional and welcoming environment in our office.
  • Attract and recruit top talent to our brokerage, using a variety of recruiting methods and tools.
  • Provide administrative support as needed, including data entry and record-keeping.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain the confidentiality of all company and client information.

Qualifications :

  • Extroverted personality with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • 3 years of experience in a customer service or administrative role.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
  • Real estate industry experience preferred, but not required.
