The Liberty County Board of Commissioners is seeking motivated candidates for the part-time position of Code Enforcement Officer within the Building and Licensing Department. This position is responsible for enforcing various County’s zoning and nuisance ordinances and processing of mobile homes delinquencies.
The position of Code Enforcement Officer is part-time at a starting hourly pay of $20.68 (Grade 14A).
The Building and Licensing Department is located in the Liberty County Courthouse Annex in downtown Hinesville. This position involves a combination of office and field work.
The typical schedule is Monday through Friday working between 5 to 6 hours per day (for a maximum of 28 hours per week). The schedule will be coordinated through the Building and Licensing Director.
