We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Person to join our team. As a Maintenance Person, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning and maintenance of our facilities and equipment. This is a vital role in our organization, as you will play a key part in keeping our operations running smoothly.

- Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as inspecting equipment, checking for leaks or malfunctions, and repairing or replacing faulty components
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs and address them promptly
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with machinery, electrical systems, plumbing, and other areas of maintenance
- Complete repairs and maintenance tasks in a timely manner to minimize downtime and disruptions to operations
- Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, repairs performed, and parts used
- Coordinate with external contractors when necessary for specialized repairs or maintenance projects
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment
```Requirements```
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise and guide other team members
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting schematics and technical drawings
- Solid mechanical knowledge and experience in troubleshooting and repairing machinery
- Welding and fabrication skills are highly desirable
- Previous experience in facilities maintenance is preferred
