This role is responsible for ensuring the timely and costly completion of projects by overseeing all phases of the project. This entails working with a variety of stakeholders to schedule and plan work, coordinate equipment and materials, operate within budget, and monitor overall progress. Responsible for timely completion of daily procedures and paperwork that are assigned.
Lead teams in the performance of structured cabling, trim and final component installation for custom integration projects that include AV, integrated controls, lighting and shading, security and networking.
Provide all required on-site coordination and communication with our builder, customers and management.
Responsible for managing the crew while on-site
Completes work orders such as installing equipment, connecting and moving devices or creating components of autonomous networks.
Installs, starts up and shuts down equipment in accordance with company safety procedures
Responsible for company van/property. This encompasses van inventory, van cleanliness and van maintenance
Manage projects from beginning to end including final walk through with client
Motivates and works with others to meet customer needs
Assist with project as needed
Requirements5 years field experience as a lead tech
Experience leading a field crew
Control4 programming experience
Vaild driver's license with an acceptable driving record
Able to lift up to 50lbs
Ability to inspire others to achieve results
Strong communication skills
Highly detailed, organized, and multitask driven
