RMC Resort Management is currently hiring for a full-time Hotel Customer Service Representative to be a part of our energetic front desk team on Hilton Head Island, SC. This front desk position earns a competitive starting wage of $17 per hour. The potential shifts for this role are Sunday - Friday from 8 am to 5 pm, and Saturday from 11 am to 8 pm.In addition to competitive pay and our lively culture, we offer our hospitality team the following benefits:

DAY-TO-DAYAs a Hotel Customer Service Representative, you play a very important role in our business. Before our guests set foot in our resort, you provide them with a high level of service. Vacationers put their trust in you as you tailor their stay and book their accommodations. Once their reservations are made, you prepare pre-arrival letters and put together check-in packages.
As the first point of contact, you warmly welcome our guests and check them in as they arrive. Committed to providing the best experience from start to finish, you dispatch service requests when issues arise and ensure the completion of all work orders. Your customer service skills shine through as you conduct pre- and post-arrival hospitality calls to ensure our guests are 100% satisfied.
In addition to greeting our guests, you set up and attend weekly social functions for their enjoyment. Always an excellent communicator, you regularly interact with guests electronically, face-to-face and over the phone. You get great satisfaction from providing an unforgettable experience for our patrons!

Requirements For a Hotel Front Desk Associate
  • 3 years of experience in a customer service role
  • Hotel, vacation ownership, or vacation rental experience is a plus!
  • Ability to work on the weekends
  • Able to work full-time in Hilton Head, SC
