As the first point of contact, you warmly welcome our guests and check them in as they arrive. Committed to providing the best experience from start to finish, you dispatch service requests when issues arise and ensure the completion of all work orders. Your customer service skills shine through as you conduct pre- and post-arrival hospitality calls to ensure our guests are 100% satisfied.
In addition to greeting our guests, you set up and attend weekly social functions for their enjoyment. Always an excellent communicator, you regularly interact with guests electronically, face-to-face and over the phone. Requirements For a Hotel Front Desk Associate
- 3 years of experience in a customer service role
- Hotel, vacation ownership, or vacation rental experience is a plus!
- Ability to work on the weekends
- Able to work full-time in Hilton Head, SC
