Wexford Hilton Head is Hiring a Facilities Maintenance Technician Near Hilton Head Island, SC
- Maintains clubhouse facility and equipment. Painting, door and window maintenance; roof and ceiling maintenance.
- Maintains and makes general repairs to the plumbing fixtures, furniture, woodwork, electrical systems, appliances, elevators, ventilation systems and building structures of the club.
- Maintains the heating & air conditioning units, refrigerators, ice makers and pool pumps.
- High School diploma or GED required.
- Post-secondary vocational/ technical training in electrical, mechanical, or refrigeration desirable.
- One year maintenance experience in an institutional or business setting.
- Painting experience required.
- Basic knowledge of trades to understand repair problems and make minor repairs on outlets, light fixtures and plumbing fixtures.
- General technical knowledge and use of power tools.
- Carpentry experience.
- Ability to paint and patch drywall surfaces.
- Knowledge of and ability to perform required role in emergency situations.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
