Established in 1983, Wexford is nestled amidst 525 acres of Lowcountry landscapes. It is a fully developed boating, golf and tennis community with all amenities in place. Wexford is home to an incredible 37-acre inland harbour with a lock system; a distinctive Arnold Palmer Signature Golf Course; and a championship tennis center with six Har-Tru clay courts. Other amenities include 24-hour gated security, a swimming pool, croquet lawn, miles of bike & leisure trails and an elegant Clubhouse.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITES:

• The daily maintenance of:
• High-quality landscapes, flowers, and turf
• Water, fertilize, weeding, pruning, planting and mulching
• Ordering and implementation of new landscape material
• Annual flower planting and maintenance
• Monitoring, identify and performing treatment for pests and diseases of turf and ornamentals
• Work alongside Director with landscape planning, budgeting and ordering

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• Associates/Bachelors Degree in Horticulture
• Agronomy or Plant Science

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Must have a positive attitude
• Must have knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices and procedures in turf and ornamental maintenance
• Must be a self-starter who can complete tasks with minimal supervision
• Must maintain high performance standards
