Housing Solutions, Inc. is a Hillsborough-based design build remodel company. We specialize in kitchen and bathroom remodels, home additions, decks and screened porches, painting, flooring, and whole-house renovations. Our services are available in Durham, Chapel Hill, and their surrounding areas.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Lead Designer at Housing Solutions, Inc. The Lead Designer will be responsible for space planning, creating construction drawings, and designing interior spaces. The Lead Designer will work closely with clients and collaborate with the team on projects.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in space planning and interior design
- Proficiency in creating construction drawings
- Knowledge of architecture and building codes
- Exceptional creativity and design sense
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team and independently
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field
- Experience in the home remodeling industry is a plus
