Vets Pets is Hiring a Veterinary Receptionist Near Hillsborough, NC

Healing Paws Veterinary Hospital is seeking a dynamic Receptionist to join our team. As a receptionist, you will be responsible for managing the front desk and providing exceptional customer service to our clients. You will be the first point of contact for our clients and play a critical role in ensuring their experience at our hospital is positive and seamless.
Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and interact with clients in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner.
  • Answer incoming calls on a multi-line phone system and direct calls to the appropriate person.
  • Schedule patient appointments in accordance with hospital scheduling guidelines
  • Obtain medical and other information from referring veterinarians when needed!
  • Receive deposits and payments and explain payment options to clients.
  • Keep the cash drawer balanced and the daily report up to date.
  • Enter client communication into Cornerstone Software
  • Communicate efficiently with staff members to organize case flow.
  • Perform cleaning duties of the lobby, reception area, restroom, and parking lot.

  • Knowledge of basic computer programs, including Microsoft Office and Cornerstone Software

ScheduleThe Receptionist position will be full-time, four 10-hour days with rotating Saturdays. Some flexibility in scheduling may be required to meet the needs of the hospital.
