Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Manager to join our team. As the Quality Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards and comply with all relevant regulations. You will play a key role in implementing and maintaining quality systems, conducting quality audits, and overseeing quality control processes.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures in accordance with ISO9001:2015
- Conduct regular quality inspections to identify any deviations or non-conformities
- Analyze data and trends to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement quality improvement initiatives
- Lead quality audits to ensure compliance with CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) standards and ISO 9001:2015 standards
- Oversee the documentation of quality control processes and procedures
- Train employees on quality systems and procedures
- Monitor and evaluate supplier performance to ensure adherence to quality requirements
- Manage customer complaints and implement effective resolution strategies
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in regulations related to quality control
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Quality Management, Engineering, or related discipline)
- Proven experience in a Quality Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of quality assurance principles, practices, and techniques
- Experience with project management methodologies
- Ability to fabricate, analyze, and interpret data to drive continuous improvement
- Knowledge of HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points) principles is highly desirable
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Experience conducting quality audits and implementing quality systems is preferred
