TERRA Staffing Group is Hiring a Machine Operator Near Hillsboro, OR
This is a full-time, temp to hire role with a company who provides design, fabrication and integration solutions to companies in the semiconductor industry. For over 40 years, they have provided their customers quality products to mee their needs.
As a Machine Operator, you will be learning how to operate the laser machine while assisting the lead operator with set up, loading and unloading of parts and finishing materials. This is a great way to develop your skills and grow your career.
Machine Operator Responsibilities:
- Support the lead laser operator
- Load/unload materials
- Finish final product via grinding and deburring
- Minimum 1 year previous CNC machine operation experience
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
Schedule:
- Swing shift: Monday-Thursday 2pm-12:30a, Friday 2pm-10:30pm
- Weekend shift: Friday-Sunday 1pm-1:30am
- Must be able to train on day shift for approximately 1 month
- Medical, Dental, Vision
- Plan option for 100% covered by company for employee
- Eligible 2nd month of employment
- On site Care
- 401(K) Retirement Plan with Employer Match
- 10 Paid Holidays
- 3 weeks of PTO annually accrued
