Position Summary

This full-time, in-office position is responsible for supporting the registration team in all areas, including process management with our registration provider, creation and implementation of the registration timeline, agendas and scheduling for team check-ins, onsite registration set-up, supporting vendor relationships, and supporting strategic growth projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist registration team throughout pre, onsite, and post processes
• Create, monitor, and manage the registration timeline and vendor coordination
• Coordinate team meetings and produce agendas, both internal team meetings as well as vendor check-ins
• Work with registration provider to coordinate onsite needs, including travel and onsite office
• Coordinate entry scanning for multi-tenant buildings
• Project manage data shares between buildings and HPMA, the registration service provider & contracted marketing firm
• Assist with activities and / or programs focused on buyer recruitment and retention
