Summary
Records payments to customer accounts and maintains accounts receivable records. Takes appropriate collection action on accounts more than 30 days old. Reconciles and deposits all monies received by the dealership. This position is a supportive role for the Accounting Manager.
Rewarding pay is based on knowledge, skills, and experience.
Part-Time Hours: 27-28 hours per week; could be flexible but generally 8am - 2pm daily.
Essential Duties
- Receipt checks/cash & mark appropriate invoices as paid in system.
- Assemble Contracts
- Send Contracts out by UPS Daily
- Stock in New Vehicles
- Provide general support to office team
- Any task assigned by Office Manager//Controller
Requirements
- Preferred: Accounting experience in dealership environment
- Must have a Valid NC Driver's License
- Two forms of government issued ID
