**Overview:**

We are seeking a Medical Receptionist/Medical Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for patient care and excellent organizational skills.

**Responsibilities:**

- Greet patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner

- Answer phone calls

- Schedule patient appointments using Allscripts

- Assist with urgent care patients and prioritize scheduling accordingly

- Provide exceptional patient service by addressing inquiries and concerns promptly

- Assist Doctor in exam rooms

**Skills:**

- Proficiency in office procedures and protocols

- Experience with Allscripts

- Familiarity with phone systems and medical scheduling practices

- Prior experience as a Medical Receptionist and Medical Assistant or in a similar role is preferred

- Strong organizational skills to manage patient flow efficiently

- Spanish or Filipino speaking a bonus

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
