Job Summary:
We are seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our company, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls using a multi-line phone system
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail
- Perform clerical duties such as typing, proofreading, and data entry
- Assist with scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars
- Maintain office cleanliness and organization
Skills:
- Customer support experience
- Proficiency with phone systems
- Strong proofreading skills
- Previous experience in an administrative role preferred
- Computer literacy with the ability to type efficiently
- Experience in a real estate administrative setting is advantageous
