Hand and Stone is currently seeking applicants for a Spa Associate position. The Spa Associate is a critical link in ensuring that our customers' experience in our spa is nothing other than OUTSTANDING! The primary Qualifications and Requirements of this role include, but are not limited to:

This position is responsible and accountable for certain aspects of daily operations with a focus on achieving sales targets and delivering an exceptional level of customer service.

The associate works alongside other spa associates at the front desk answering phones, booking appointments, greeting customers and selling memberships and spa packages. In addition, the lead will work with the managre to ensures smooth spa operations managing schedules, maintaining spa supplies, and handling any customer or therapist questions.

Afternoon/Evening/weekend shifts required! Prior experience in a Gym/Spa membership model position and/or experience with Millennium or Zenoti are a huge plus! Do NOT apply without some proven Sales or Spa experience or if you have a long commute! However, LOCAL High School Seniors and College Students will be considered even with limited experience. Rapid promotion possible and significant commission can be earned!

• Demonstrated ability to coach while also taking directive from Spa Manager/Owner
• Strong organizational/planning and computer skills
• Provide excellent customer service to members/guests
• Welcome and greet members/guests upon arrival
• Answer phones, book appointments, sell memberships, gift cards and upgrades
• Good Computer knowledge & Skills are a MUST!
• Follow proper filing procedures/file maintenance
