Responsibilities
- Exhibit excellent customer service skills and take the initiative to resolve issues without the need for micromanagement.
- Proficiency in using O365| MS Office Suite and ServiceNow ticketing system for efficient task management.
- Provide essential Win10 Desktop support while maintaining integrity and security of the systems.
- Utilize light experience with Active Directory for managing access and permissions.
- Troubleshoot TCP/IP issues, ensuring smooth and uninterrupted network connectivity.
- Understand network shares and folder securities, domain controllers & replication for effective management of network resources.
- Manage pressure effectively and exhibit good time management skills.
- Collaborate with HR to monitor user activities and maintain compliance.
- Possess experience with Exchange for managing email communication.
- Familiarity with SCCM Imaging for setting up new computers and imaging.

- Familiarity with basic network troubleshooting and hardware troubleshooting
- Ability to perform network troubleshooting
- Experience in providing Tier 1 support
- Knowledge of deskside support and basic troubleshooting
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Candidate must have a positive attitude and commitment to providing excellent customer service.
