Life Support Instructor Responsibilities:

• Conduct training sessions in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and Basic Life Support (BLS) following the latest guidelines from recognized health organizations.
• Demonstrate proper CPR techniques and use of BLS equipment, ensuring all participants can perform these skills proficiently.
• Evaluate participants through written exams and practical skills tests, providing constructive feedback and additional support where necessary.
• Maintain detailed records of courses, participant performance, and equipment status.
• Update curriculum and teaching methods based on new guidelines and best practices in the field.
• Travel between facilities as required, ensuring all training needs are met across our locations.

Life Support Instructor Requirements:

• Current certification as a CPR Instructor through a recognized organization.
• Valid CPR provider card with a commitment to maintain and renew as required.
• Proven experience in teaching Basic Life Support courses.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate learners.
• Valid Driver’s License and willingness to travel between training locations.
• Ability to handle high-stress situations effectively, guiding participants through emergency simulation exercises.
