KDS Windsor is Hiring an Assembly Associate Near Hendersonville, NC
- Ability to read measurements with a tape measure.
- 1 year or more of specific experience and/or training with metal and/or wood assembly is required.
- 1 year or more of specific experience and/or training related to the essential functions of the job; or equivalent combination of education and training.
- Experience with power tools including using a drill, grinder, rivet gun, and nail gun).
- Forklift experience.
- Forklift certification is considered a plus.
- High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Excellent ability to read and adhere to assignments given in a variety of forms.
- Ability to work both indoors and out.
- Ability to physically stand, bend, and squat.
- Ability to lift at least 50 pounds.
- Ability to transport, secure, install, build, load/unload materials.
- Ability to clean/remove hazardous or obsolete materials.
- Must pass a pre-employment company background check.
- Must pass pre-employment drug screening.
- Valid Driver’s License.
- U.S. Work Authorization.
- Work independently and in a team.
- Must be able to work overtime, when needed.
- Perform various physical duties as assigned.
- Cross-train in other departments.
