Public Works Coffee Bar is a small independently owned business that has been created to serve hand crafted coffee and tea for people who live and work around the Henderson Silver Knights training center in America's First Center Arena in Henderson. Responsibilities
- Opening set up of the store
- Closing and cleaning of the store
- Serve espresso and tea beverages along with food items such as pastries and hot food items
- Answer customers questions and concerns about our products
- Comply with safety and health regulations
- Perform daily deep cleaning duties
- Communicate with Management about needs/concerns for the coffee bar
- Ring in customers orders based on their preference of drink and/or food items while upselling and suggestive selling items
- Serve alcoholic beverages
- Provide samples to people in the arena to promote traffic for more sales
Required Work Experience
- Minimum 1 year experience as a barista
- Minimum 1 year cash handling experience
- Ability to lift up to 40lbs
- Must be able to problem solve
- TAM Card
- Food Handler's Card
- Hands on experience using various coffee brewing equipment
- Minimum age requirement is 21
