Job Description :
As an Occupancy Specialist, you will play a crucial role in assisting individuals and families in qualifying for HUD-sponsored housing programs.
While specific experience in this field is not required, we welcome candidates with a background in real estate or related administrative roles.
You will be responsible for facilitating the application process, submitting necessary paperwork to housing departments, and assisting with billing tasks.

Requirements :
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
Previous experience in real estate or related administrative roles is desirable but not required.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities.
