Job Summary: We are looking for a talented and innovative Graphic Designer with experience in the cannabis industry to join our creative team. The ideal candidate is a visual storyteller with a passion for design, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to translate concepts into compelling visual content. The Graphic Designer will play a key role in shaping our brand identity, creating visually stunning materials, and contributing to a wide range of design projects.

Responsibilities:

  1. Conceptualization and Design:

    • Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements and goals.
    • Conceptualize and create visually appealing designs for a variety of mediums, including digital and print materials.
  2. Brand Identity:

    • Maintain and evolve brand consistency across all design projects.
    • Contribute to the development and refinement of brand guidelines.
  3. Graphic Production:

    • Produce high-quality graphics for marketing collateral, social media, websites, presentations, and other promotional materials.
    • Ensure designs are optimized for different platforms and devices including; window decals, TV's, flyers, website templates, .
  4. Creativity and Innovation:

    • Bring fresh and creative ideas to the table, pushing the boundaries of design to enhance visual storytelling.
    • Stay updated on design trends, tools, and technologies.
  5. Collaboration:

    • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content creators, and developers, to ensure a unified and cohesive visual brand representation.
    • Incorporate feedback and iterate on designs based on team input.
  6. Project Management:

    • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.
    • Keep organized records of all design assets for future reference.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (preferred)
  • Proven experience as a graphic designer with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects.
  • Proficient in industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Understanding of design principles, layout, color theory, and typography.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to articulate and present design concepts.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in UX/UI design.
  • Animation and video editing skills.
  • Knowledge of web design principles and responsive design.
  • Experience in the Cannabis Industry
