A general contracting company is seeking a Journeyman Electrician to help them maintain electrical systems and ensure safety at their Hayward, CA office.
Your Day Includes
- Performing electrical work, including inspection, repair, and replacement of wiring, fixtures, and outlets.
- Interpreting technical drawings to layout electrical systems effectively.
- Troubleshooting faulty wiring and running tests on backup systems.
- Ensuring compliance with safety standards like OSHA and the National Electrical Code (NEC).
- Documenting issues, preparing reports, and facilitating the ordering of necessary electrical components.
Must Haves
- Completed a 4-year apprenticeship program and possess a journeyman electrician license.
- In-depth knowledge of electrical principles, wiring schematics, and safety standards.
