Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Front Desk Clerk/Night Auditor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in guest services and hospitality management, ensuring exceptional customer service throughout their stay.

Duties:

- Greet guests in a professional and friendly manner
- Check guests in and out of the hotel efficiently
- Handle guest inquiries and provide information about hotel services
- Operate phone systems to manage incoming calls
- Perform night audit duties, including reconciling daily transactions and preparing reports
- Assist with various front desk tasks to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:

- Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality setting preferred
- Proficiency in using front desk software and phone systems
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Knowledge of night audit procedures is a plus
- Multilingual abilities are advantageous for interacting with diverse guests
