Position Overview:

We are looking for a motivated person with a minimum of 3 years of experience in at least one of the following modules: Sales and Distribution (SD), Materials Management (MM), Production Planning (PP), or Warehouse Management (WM). The ideal candidate will have a background in food manufacturing and a desire to learn additional SAP modules. This role will collaborate closely with all departments to assess their current usage of SAP and identify opportunities for improvement, including the application of best practices.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments of each department’s SAP usage.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across various departments to understand their business requirements and challenges related to SAP.
• Analyze data and gather insights to identify areas for optimization and enhancement within SAP modules.
• Recommend and implement solutions to improve departmental utilization of SAP, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Develop and maintain documentation, including user manuals, training materials, and process maps, to support effective SAP usage.
• Provide training and support to end-users to enhance their proficiency in utilizing SAP systems.
• Serve as a liaison between business users and IT teams, facilitating communication and collaboration to address SAP-related issues and enhancements.
• Stay informed about SAP updates, new features, and industry trends, and proactively share knowledge and insights with the team.

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience with one or more of the following modules: SD, MM, PP, or WM.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into practical SAP solutions.
• Excellent communication and people skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, challenging environment.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new SAP modules and technologies.
• Experience in the food manufacturing industry is preferred.
