Job Details
Responsibilities :
- Conduct routine inspections of premises and equipment to detect and resolve issues.
- Oversee, maintain, and repair industrial equipment and systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Implement preventative maintenance measures to avoid potential equipment malfunctions.
- Use blueprints, schematics, and manufacturer's instructions to troubleshoot malfunctions.
- Diagnose mechanical issues and correct them.
- Repair, install, adjust, or maintain industrial production and processing machinery.
- Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas.
Qualifications :
- A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Maintenance Technician in the Construction industry or related field.
- Ability to read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.
- Demonstrated skills in electrical, plumbing, and HVAC.
- Proven ability to diagnose and repair mechanical issues and physical plant problems.
