We are seeking outside sales professionals to join our Hastings team as Roofing Sales Reps! Base pay commission!

- Vehicle / Valid DL / Insurance
- Can carry & climb a ladder and not afraid of heights
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Maintain a positive attitude and willingness to help others.
- Cold calling prospective customers.
- Run leads, canvass, conduct inspections of roofs and exteriors documenting any damage via pictures, measurements and notes.
- Provide prospects with professional roofing, and construction estimates.
- Acting as insurance claim consultants for homeowners in storm damaged areas
- Generate business through door knocking, running leads, and generating referrals.
- Collect signed agreements with payment to start the project.
- Provide proper documentation to the inside production team to begin roofing projects.
- Being present at roofing projects to answer customer questions and attempt to offer services to neighbors.
- Attend sales meetings and training.
