Job Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) or equivalent experience in banking, business, finance, accounting or related field
- Three to six years experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience with preferred three years experience in a supervisory capacity.
- Thorough knowledge of bank operations, products, and services as well as bank compliance and regulatory knowledge.
- Strong customer service, communication and supervisory skills.
