Shaker Hills Country Club is Hiring a Bartender (Seasonal) Near Harvard, MA
We are looking for enthusiastic bartenders to join our team!
This is a seasonal position approximately until November.
Responsibilities
- Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons
- Interact with customers, take orders and serve snacks/food and drinks
- Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations
- Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
- Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
- Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
- Comply with all food and beverage regulations
Skills
- Resume and proven working experience as a bartender
- Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing and serving drinks
- Computer literacy and able to handle cash transactions
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean
- Must be able to multitask and enjoy a fast paced environment
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $6.75 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 15 per week
