Responsible for providing legal advice and support on a wide range of matters and contracts for the Company’s subsidiary HSB Solomon Associates LLC’s global operations, products and services, and ensuring the development and consistent application of agreed risk tolerances/practices throughout the organization. Drafts, reviews, and negotiates contracts, agreements, non-disclosure agreements, purchase orders, and service orders ranging from basic to complex for company services and business transactions; provides legal counsel and crafts viable solutions as needed on various corporate matters, including business transactions, intellectual property issues, data protection and strategic initiatives. Partners with business units to achieve corporate goals while protecting the Company’s interests and mitigating legal risks. Reviews, drafts, and negotiates numerous complex contracts simultaneously, collaborating with colleagues in the US, EMEA, Asia/Pacific, and Latin America to ensure that all transactions are legally sound and comply with all applicable laws, rules, regulations, company policies, and practices. Advises internal clients concerning legal and business matters.
