**Overview:**

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical background and be proficient in industrial maintenance practices.

**Duties:**

• Perform troubleshooting, breakdown repairs, preventative and predictive maintenance, including work orders, accurate time tracking and parts consumption
• Inspect production equipment and plant facilities to ensure a safe working environment
• Work both independently and with teams demonstrating safe work practices
• Accurate reporting of maintenance work performed and material and parts used on a daily basis and any associated JSA and/or SOP
• Participate in all housekeeping activities
• Perform other duties as assigned

**Skills and Requirements**

• Working knowledge of machine operations in a manufacturing environment
• Fundamental understanding of Preventative Maintenance Programs [CMMS]
• Basic knowledge of and ability to troubleshoot the following:
• 24 VDC, 110 and 480 3 Phase VAC electrical systems
• Hydraulic Systems
• Pneumatic Systems
• Ability to fabricate steel using a torch, welder and associated tooling
• Basic ability to read prints/schematics of the following types
• Electrical
• Hydraulic
• Pneumatic
• Structural
• Ability to safely operate power tools
• Possess own set of hand tools
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

**Qualifications:**

• 3 years: Industrial maintenance in a manufacturing environment - Preferred
• Proficiency in English for effective communication with team members and supervisors.
• Experience with precision measuring instruments for accurate assessments.
• Knowledge of technical sales to assist in equipment procurement.
• Welding skills for repairs and fabrication work.
• Familiarity with industrial maintenance practices.
• Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot machinery effectively.
• Strong customer service skills to interact with employees and vendors.
• Experience with HVAC systems for maintenance and repair tasks.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics for equipment troubleshooting.
