Job Description

Our Trainers are responsible for the training and documentation of all new hires and re-certifications of all current employees. Responsibilities include:

• Conduct trainings in a classroom or remote environment with all new hires and/or current employees
• Maintain Trainer's certifications in Medication Administration, First Aid/CPR, SCM
• Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with state regulations

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree with at least one year of experience working in Human Services (preferred) or a High School Diploma with at least 3 years of experience working in Human Services
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Travel Will Be Required
• Must be Comfortable Speaking in Large Groups

Salary

• $16.00-$18.00/Hour Based on Education Experience
• Mileage Reimbursement

Training

• We offer a comprehensive paid two week orientation
• Additional Certifications are Required for this Position which will be coordinated by Beacon.
