· Position Details
o Quantity Needed: 2
o Type of Resource Requested (ex: RN, Physician Assistant, etc.): Medical Laboratory Technician: Generalist with Blood Bank experience
o Position Title (Specialty): MLT
o Start Date: ASAP
o Length of contract (ex: 13 weeks): 12-13 weeks
o On-call (Y/N): No
§ If yes, what are the on-call requirements?
o Hours Per Shift (ex: 8, 10, or 12): rotating 10 – 12-hour shifts
o Shift Start Time: 1000 or 1200
· Department Specific Details (ex. nurse/patient ratio, float or weekend requirements, charting, equipment, special qualifications, or certs.): AMT, ASCP certification. Every other weekend. EPIC & Safe Trace user a plus.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour
