• Lead the development and execution of the Indirect Procurement strategy across the organization.
• Serve as the primary liaison between stakeholders and suppliers in the strategic sourcing process, including category analysis, supplier selection, continuity of supply and contract negotiation.
• Develop supply management strategies by which suppliers are evaluated, selected and managed in accordance with established guidelines and best practices (RFI/RFP, Scorecards, performance metrics)
• Determine and recommend alternate supply strategies to create cost savings and/or BCPs.
• Manage inventory within the target levels and maintain dual sources of supply as needed.
• Focus on continuous improvement building supply chain excellence and best practices.
• Place and execute purchase orders as specified by the needs of the business, follow up and expediting orders to assure satisfactory delivery.
• Resolves bid disputes and conformance issues.
• Verifies invoices against original orders. Maintains purchase order, invoice files and pricing.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

Supervisory Responsibilities:  NoTravel: Occasional Education and/or Experience: Must have a Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 2 years of experience in Indirect Procurement.
