We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our team. As a Preschool Teacher, you will play a vital role in shaping the minds of young children and providing them with a nurturing and educational environment.

```Duties```
- Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum and lesson plans
- Create a safe and stimulating classroom environment
- Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development in children
- Manage classroom behavior and promote positive discipline techniques
- Collaborate with teachers and parents to ensure the well-being and progress of each child
- Assess and monitor the development of each child through observations and assessments
- Provide individualized support to children with special needs or learning challenges
- Encourage literacy education through storytelling, reading, and writing activities
- Help facilitate the magic of learning through play

To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:
- Strong behavior management skills to create a positive and structured classroom environment
- Experience working with young children, preferably in a preschool setting
- Knowledge of curriculum development for early childhood education
- Understanding of literacy education principles and techniques
- Effective classroom management skills to engage and motivate students
- Ability to multi-task trough out the day
- Knowledge of preschool teaching methods and best practices
- Understanding of childhood development stages and milestones

Pay: $18.00 - $21.75 per hour
