We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Car Sales Executive to join Hampton Chevrolet due to explosive growth! As a Car Sales Executive, you will be responsible for selling new and used vehicles to customers, providing exceptional customer service, and achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our vehicle inventory
- Build and maintain relationships with potential customers through various sales techniques
- Conduct test drives with customers to showcase the features and benefits of different vehicles
- Negotiate pricing and terms of sale to reach mutually beneficial agreements
- Follow up with potential customers to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet monthly sales targets
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire sales process
Skills:
- Proven experience in retail or outside sales
- Strong knowledge of the automotive market and industry
- Ability to build and maintain a sales pipeline
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to establish rapport and trust with customers
- Knowledge of dealership operations and sales processes
- Proficient in basic math calculations for pricing and financing options
