Role Overview: In this role, you will play a critical role in managing large-scale projects with a focus on operational excellence. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external partners to ensure successful project execution. Your expertise in Siemens technology, electronic batch records, and software platforms (including OCPI and Delta-V) will be essential for driving project success.
Responsibilities:
- Global Project Management: Lead and oversee global-scale projects related to pharmaceutical manufacturing, process optimization, and technology implementation.
- Operational Excellence: Apply best practices and continuous improvement methodologies to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.
- Siemens Technology: Leverage your expertise in Siemens technology (such as SCADA systems, PLCs, and automation) to drive successful project outcomes.
- Electronic Batch Records (EBR): Manage EBR implementation, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and efficient data management.
- Schedule and Milestone Creation: Develop project schedules, set milestones, and track progress throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including R&D, manufacturing, quality, and regulatory affairs.
- Software Platform Experience: Utilize your knowledge of OCPI, Delta-V, and other relevant software platforms to optimize project processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Engineering, Life Sciences, or related discipline)
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry
- Strong understanding of Siemens technology and automation systems
- Familiarity with electronic batch records (EBR) and data management
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to create and manage project schedules, ensuring timely delivery of project milestones
