Responsibilities
- Manage phone lines
- Set up and maintain all new accounts
- Print retail tags as needed
- Process produce promotions
- Manage and score price books
- Training and development of all employees along with maintaining KPI’s
- Departmental budget management
- Process trade show orders
- Resolve customer complaints
- Order supplies as needed
Management retains the discretion to add or change the duties at any time.
Requirements
Education, Experience and Skills Required
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2-4 years of customer service experience
- 1-2 years management experience
- Phone etiquette/Verbal (and written) communication skills
- Strong ability to follow up
- Strong attention to detail and good organizational
