POSITION SUMMARY:
The short term rehab aspect of patient care is in a post-acute care setting. As an RN working in Transitional Care, you’ll have the opportunity to be an essential part of helping patients reach goals to help them transition home and/or to a less dependent level of care. As part of the nursing team, you will work closely with other healthcare disciplines to assist each patient as they aim to improve their health and wellness outcomes.
WAGE: $28.22-$37.63 ( RN License)
In addition to a nice wage we offer:
$2.00 shift premium per hour when scheduled to work from 2:00PM - 6:00AM, all days
$2.00 weekend premium per hour when scheduled to work any shift (6:00AM Saturday through 6:00AM Monday)
Full-Time w/ All Benefits: 4 shifts per week plus every other weekend = 80 hours per pay period
Benefit-eligible employees are eligible for benefits on date of hire!
Positions scheduled 60 hours per pay period (every 2 weeks) are eligible for all benefits; Health Care insurance with prescription drug coverage
