NCAB Group USA is seeking an experienced Finance Controller. This is a role that will require you to maintain the financial integrity of our USA division by accurately processing financial transactions, maintaining records and providing financial information to management in a timely and accurate reporting. This position will be an "in-office" due to the management and oversight nature of the role, but, we will entertain a hybrid arrangement once fully trained and hitting performance standards of the role. What you will do:

• Play an integral role in month end close
• Review and check expense reports for verification
• Files timely financial reports to banks, management and tax authorities
• Manage cash flow via Accounts Payable and Account Receivable management
• Review accounts for errors, incorrect postings and consistencies
• Contract review
• Recommends financial actions by analyzing accounting options
• Performs special projects as directed by management
• Maintain financial security by following internal controls
• Maintain accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures

What you will bring to role:

• Strong history in month end closing, financial reporting, KPI reporting
• Experience managing sales commission plans and compensation agreements
• Strong history of financial statement analysis
• Reconciliation experience
• Audit and tax experience
• Management experience
• Payroll experience
• Provide a strong history and experience of working with peers to resolve issues with customers

What is required:

• Bachelors Degree in Accounting and/or
• At least 5-8 years of experience in a similar role
