**Job Overview:**

We are currently seeking Picker/Packers to join our team in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Packers are responsible for preparing orders for shipment by assembling, packing, and labeling products efficiently and accurately.

**NOTE** Warehouse is a COLD warehouse, meaning a cooler where items are refrigerated.

**Duties:**

- Pack items following a specific set of instructions

- Inspect and ensure product quality meets company standards

- Use warehouse management systems to track orders and maintain accurate documentation

- Operate equipment such as pallet jacks, order pickers, and reach trucks as needed

- Assist with inventory management and restocking

- Perform heavy lifting and operate heavy equipment when required

**Qualifications:**

- Experience in materials handling and warehouse operations

- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks consistently

- Familiarity with quality control processes

- Proficiency in using warehouse management systems is a plus

- Knowledge of operating pallet jacks, reach trucks, or other heavy equipment is advantageous

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in packing orders
