Position Description/Duties:
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and timelines
- Coordinate all stages of projects including bidding, construction, and closeout
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure project success
- Materials ordering and scheduling, permitting, certifications, job cost studies, verifying weekly production
- Basic surveying, grade checking, verifying field conditions, supervision
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients, team members, and vendors
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and RFIs
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and OSHA, MIOSHA, MSHA regulations throughout the project
- Other duties as assigned.
Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Surveying or related field (preferred)
- Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials
- Proficient in project management software and tools
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
