The Catering Director is responsible for hands-on management of your team of catering coordinators as you spread the joy of Taco Mama to offices, churches, schools, wedding events and parties throughout the market. • Fulfill consistent catering needs for local Medical Reps, Sales Reps, Teachers, Offices and schools
• 2 years restaurant management experience
• Catering / Event Management experience required
• Must be well organized, have excellent time management skills and be great at multi-tasking
• Sales experience a plus
• Genuine heart for others and the desire to serve the team and our guests
• You are a go-getter who has and likes to build relationships in the community
• High energy and a positive, “can do” attitude
• Must have a clean driving record
