Job Summary:
We are seeking a Customer Service Manager to help oversee our customer service team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail sales and customer service, with exceptional leadership skills.
Duties:
-Customer Service team scheduling
- Supervise and lead the customer service team to ensure excellent service delivery
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a timely and professional manner
- Manage cash handling procedures and ensure accuracy in transactions
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the inventory team for replenishment
-Supply and merchandise ordering and inventory.
- Implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Collaborate with other departments to improve overall operations
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a customer service or retail environment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
